NYA The Label is a pre-launch website. Our shop is not yet open and no products are available for purchase here. Full purchase, shipping, and returns terms will be added before the shop opens.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You will not attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you are not authorised to access, or use any content from the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Waitlist and emails

When you submit your email you are asking us to contact you about NYA The Label. We will only send you updates relating to the brand, our launch, and our journal. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

All imagery, copy, design, and other content on this site is owned by NYA The Label or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any of it without our written consent. NYA The Label and our marks are part of our brand identity and may not be used without permission.

No warranties

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We do our best to keep the information here accurate and the site available, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions.
